My 2nd submission to the “THE INCREDIBLE HULK” themed design challenge held by Threadless.com. This is designed in homage to one of the legendary and remarkable superheroes of Marvel comics and this is supposed to be a Phosphorescent T-shirt if it is qualified to get printed.
